Sunday Zoom Meditation

Looking for support for your meditation practice? Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.

First Parish’s Meditation Group has gone virtual!  Please join us whenever you like–no ongoing commitment required.  To receive the Zoom Link, please email and tell us you would like to attend:

Sunday, 9-9:30 a.m.

The facilitator will open with a short Loving Kindness (Metta) introduction and then ring the bell.

We will sit silently for 30 minutes, until the bell is rung again.  Hope you can join us!
