This congregation and the Unitarian Universalist denomination have a longstanding history of being on the forefront of LGBTQ+ inclusion. Today, that means celebrating our LGBTQ+ members and advocating for better state-wide and national policies of tolerance and equity. This work feels especially important for our trans and gender queer siblings. Our Welcoming Congregation Committee is tasked with educating the congregation on issues of identity and sexuality.
