Mussar: Living Into Spiritual Values

Interested in trying out a new spiritual practice based on values we are trying to live out in our lives?  Join Rev. Marta Flanagan and First Parish member Bonnie Zimmer in a five- session Mussar experience.

Mussar is a 1,000 year old Jewish practice, which requires both individual practice and group reflection.

This pilot program is being held on five Fridays, 8-9am, on Zoom only: October 11 & 25; November 8 & 22; December 6.

During this group you will be introduced to Mussar history and practice, and explore 4-5 “soul-traits” or Middot. Participation is limited in number and registration closes on Friday September 20, 2024.  If you are interested in participating email bonnie.zimmer@gmail.com.
