Congregational Transitions and Staffing: Learning from Ministers of Peer Congregations

Join us on zoom for a moderated panel of UU ministers who lead congregations of similar size to First Parish. Our guests will be Rev. Chris Jablonski from First Church in Belmont (MA), Rev. Audette Fulbright Fulson from the UU Congregation of Asheville (NC), and Rev. Omega Burckhardt from the Neighborhood UU Church in Pasadena, CA. Marc Jacobson of the Transition Team will moderate, asking about their experiences as newly settled ministers and how their ministry, staffing and congregations have evolved. If you have suggestions for topics you’d like to have covered, please submit your ideas IN ADVANCE to transitionteam@firstparish.info by Sunday, Nov. 1.

The panel will be on Wednesday, November 4th from 7-8:30 on zoom. We plan to record the session for those who can’t attend.
