Beginning the Work of Covenant – Covenant Task Force Drop-In Offering

The Covenant Task Force (CTF) invites you to join them in the Parlor, after worship, on Sunday, May 17th. We are volunteers collaborating with the ministers, Parish Committee, Transition Team and Safe Congregations Committee to craft an all-congregation covenant as a part of our settled minister search process.
At that time you will be able to review examples of covenants created by other congregations of our size. These examples were gathered by our Transition Team in their on-going work to provide information about a variety of topics as we move forward in our search for our next lead minister.
As you scan these documents we encourage you to notice keywords, phrases, and Unitarian Universalist values shared by all. Members of the CTF will be on hand to listen to your thoughts, offer ways for you to make suggestions about the creation of ours, and gather feedback.
For those who can not be with us that day we will be posting a full listing of the covenants on-line for your review, as well as methods of sharing your feedback to us.
