Fill out the Publish form indicating whether you’re announcing an event or submitting a news item. An event has a meeting time and date. A news item does not. Example of News: “Thank you to our summer gardeners!” Example of Event: “Saturday Facility Cleaning day”.

Submit by noon on Wednesday in order for it to appear in Thursday’s e-bulletin.

Check the calendar first to make sure your room is free and the event doesn’t conflict with others who might want to attend yours.

Fill out the reimbursement form and upload receipts or other documents.

Email table@firstparish.info by Friday noon.

• Email the announcement to announce@firstparish.info by Friday noon.

Email it to spire@firstparish.info by midnight on the last Sunday of the month (or the Sunday before In-Gathering in September).
