Reckoning and Repair: Update and Film Screening

Join us from 12-2pm Sunday, January 5th for a brief update on the work of R & R and to view the PBS film “The Big Payback.” This documentary about the rookie alderwoman from Evanston, Illinois, who led the passage of the first tax-funded reparations for Black Americans, will help us kick off our community’s exploration of the complex issues of reparations.
Light lunch will be provided.
