Día De Los Muertos Vespers Service

Join us at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary for an evening Vespers service in the spirit of the Mexican celebration of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), led by Rev. Lilia Cuervos. Día de los Muertos is a two day holiday that reunites the living and dead. Families create ofrendas (Offerings) to honor their departed family members that have passed.
All are welcome, and we invite you to bring a photograph or memento of a loved one to add to our communal ofrenda.
Stay after the service to share Pan de muerto (“bread of the dead”) and hot chocolate in the Vestry as we celebrate and remember loved ones who have died.
