Alliance Program – Making Sense of the World: Highlights from Our Family Gap Year

The Alliance serves First Parish by supporting women in our congregation as well as advancing the interests and efforts of our entire church. With its own endowment and investments, the Alliance remains a financially independent group within First Parish. The majority of our annual expenditures go to support a charitable giving plan that focuses on organizations that serve women and families in transition. Alliance meetings, programs, and activities provide opportunities for learning, ongoing fellowship, and rich discussions. Membership in the Alliance is open to those in our church who identify as female; Alliance programs and activities are inclusive across all gender identities and ages.
