Break Barriers, Build Beliefs Workshop

The Settled Minister Search Committee invites everyone in the congregation to attend the Break Barriers, Build Beliefs (B4) Workshop  on October 17 from 10:00am – 3:00pm, including a lunch break. This interactive experience, led by a UUA-trained facilitator, promotes inclusive thinking and helps prevent discrimination in our search for a new minister. Together, First Parish attendees will:

• Consider the hopes, expectations, and concerns they have for a new minister
• Learn more about the ministerial search process
• Explore how creating categories and putting people in them interferes with choosing the best candidate.

*For those gathering in the meeting house, lunch will be served and childcare will be provided!
