SUMMARY:Valentine's Demonstrations: We Stand For Love
DESCRIPTION:Take a stand for all that we love: our planet\, our democracy\, immigrants’ rights\, reproductive justice\, LGBTQ+ rights\, world peace\, and more. The Social Justice Committee encourages First Parish folks to participate in one or both of two standout events on Valentine’s Day. Amid the ongoing assaults on much of what we love\, we will be out showing a different vision. If you’d like\, bring your own sign that states what you love\, what you stand for\, or who you stand with. You can join with others for sign making in the vestry in the morning (7:30-8:30am) or the afternoon (2:30-3:15) on Valentines Day. These standouts are being called by Extinction Rebellion of Arlington. \nMorning standout: 7:45-9:00am Feb 14 at the corner of Mass Ave and Pleasant St\, Arlington Center \nAfternoon standout: 3:30-5:00pm Feb 14 at the corner of Mass Ave and Lake St\, East Arlington
