SUMMARY:Staffing Structure Discussion
DESCRIPTION:Join the Parish Committee and the Transition team on Zoom to learn about existing and possible staffing structures and our budget constraints\, and share your ideas about the needs of First Parish in the future. This is an alternative to Sunday’s in-person offering – you do not need to attend both. \nFor background and to prepare for the conversation \, check out the Transition Team’s newsletter post with information they gleaned from surveying other churches of our size about staffing structure\, finances\, and systems.
