DESCRIPTION:Join the Parish Committee and the Transition team to learn about existing and possible staffing structures and our budget constraints\, and share your ideas about the needs of First Parish in the future.  (Light snacks will be provided.) \nIf you are unable to attend this in-person offering\, we are offering an alternate Zoom session on Wednesday\, October 7 at 8pm. \nFor background and to prepare for the conversation \, check out the Transition Team’s newsletter post with information they gleaned from surveying other churches of our size about staffing structure\, finances\, and systems.
