In these co-facilitated\, 90-minute sessions\, groups of 6 – 8 will engage with guided questions\, sharing “around the circle” while others listen. Themes that we uncover will be collected to help shape the next steps of our transition process.  \n**There are several sessions to choose from. Registration is required and space is limited. Our peaceful movement is bigger than ever. \nWhen our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink\, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence. \nOn March 28th\, rise up\, take to the streets\, and say it loud: no thrones\, no crowns\, no kings. SUMMARY:Film Showing: The Voice of Hind Rajab
DESCRIPTION:The Voice of Hind Rajab is an Oscar nominated movie about a tragic event in Gaza in December 2023. Red Crescent volunteers work to rescue a child named Hind Rajab trapped in a car under Israeli fire. Writer and director\, Kaouther Ben Hania\, carefully constructs a relentlessly-paced narrative around the archival audio of Hind Rajab’s distress call. Additional documentary footage from the day is intelligently woven into the world of the film alongside compelling performances by Saja Kilani and Motaz Malhees as the rescue operators who speak to Hind. One of the year’s most unforgettable movies\, THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB is a breathtaking and complex work of docu-fiction. \nThe film is emotionally heavy.
