Access to Our Internal Web Area

While the majority of our site is created both for our members and for those who may be browsing for a church, or simply making comparisons among churches, some material we'd like posted is more of concern to persons currently active. We will reserve the "Members' Reference" area for that purpose. Material here will be password protected to thwart programmed indexing of materials not intended for public viewing.

We'll notify you of changes in content here through the Spire and weekly announcements and remind you in the notice how to access the site. If you need access now and do not already have the username and password, email webeditor@firstparish.info. Before writing, try using a combination of the first segment of our domain name and the password you routinely use for access to newsletters.

Here are general headings (and direct links) for materials you will find in the "Members' Reference."

• Link to Newsletters directory http://firstparish.info/Spires
  These monthly letters in PDF format are password protected at the document level.
• Contacts listing, the firstparish.info emailing forwards and information on who each one reaches.
• Policies - a page with links to Parish Committee approved policies -- e.g. Fund Raising policies and Information Technology policies.
• Memorial Garden -- contains Memorial Garden and Remembrance Corner with engraved brick pavers.
• Shared Ministry -- materials about the Sharing Ministry programs, including Lay Ministry and Worship Associates. Linkings to these materials will vary depending on the current work.
• Sermons -- a publishing of sermons and in many cases most of the service from our Sunday services in MP3 format.
• Archives -- this is rather raw access to sets of materials from years past, Annual Meeting reports, Spires, Orders of Service
• Finance and Stewardship Postings, including a form for providing information about donting securities.
